Summary: The adopted new section implements House Bill 4545, 87th Texas Legislature, Regular Session, 2021, by updating requirements for accelerated instruction and establishing new requirements for accelerated learning committees and related student supports. The new section was adopted with changes since published as proposed. Effective Date: June 9, 2022
