Hostile ISD Work Place Complaint Dismissed
Dismissed: A complaint by an ISD employee that another district employee forced him to perform work that personally benefited the other employee, and created a hostile work place environment. The commissioner ruled that he lacked the authority under state law to consider the complaint because it did not involve “the school laws of this state” or a written school employment contract. (Ramiro Garcia is the CCISD employee who made the complaint.)
