Summary: The proposed amendment would modify the rule to clarify testing requirements for accelerated students who have completed end-of-course assessments before entering high school.

Summary: The proposed revisions would remove an obsolete rule, provide an end date for the current school facilities standards rule, and create a new rule to implement the safety standards required by Senate Bill 11, 86th Texas Legislature, 2019.

Summary: The proposed new rules would implement Texas Education Code, §21.3521, by establishing rules for teacher designation performance standards and addressing extenuating circumstances arising during the 2019-2020 school year.
